Why should the product be tested before each use when it has been used successfully in the past?

The skin is a complex organ, and sensitive to changes in hormone levels. Since our skin is constantly changing, it is necessary to test each time to avoid any adverse reaction to the ingredients of the products.

What if I have sensitive skin?

If you have no adverse reaction when testing the Veet product as per the Directions for Use and Precautions, there is no reason why you cannot use it. Veet products for sensitive skin include Veet® 5 Minute Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive Skin and Veet® Wax Strips for Sensitive Skin.

How long after washing with soap must I wait to use a depilatory?

Using soap prior to depilation should be fine as long as the area is totally rinsed, dried and free from any residue.

How long should I wait before using Veet® after having shaved?

Our best advice is to not use any Veet products on skin which has been shaved in the last 72 hours.

How long do I have to wait between applications of Veet® products?

We advise that you wait 72 hours between applications.
